What You’ll Do
- Coordinate generator installations and HVAC projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Provide an excellent first impression with customer interactions that include incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and email communications
- Partner with the installation and field service teams on current and upcoming projects, utilities, local inspection authorities, and contracts
- Utilize internal software that includes client relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as learn new programs
- Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience within customer service
- Proven knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades
- Experience with contract and technical terminology throughout various municipalities
- Computer savvy, as you'll coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet, and client relationship management (CRM) software
