This position is based onsite at our Waukesha office in Waukesha, WI.
Major Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of campus and emerging talent recruiting programs, including scheduling, logistics, and data tracking for events and candidate interactions.
- Assist in the development and management of recruitment operations tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate databases, and reporting dashboards.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows and streamline recruiting processes through documentation, templates, and process improvements.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a similar field with an expected graduation date of on or after May 2026.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
