As a Generator Technician here, you won’t just be maintaining equipment – you’ll be solving problems in the field, building trust with customers, and keeping the lights on when it matters most. What You’ll Do

• Conduct and document on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer generators
• Perform routinely scheduled preventative maintenance on generators
• Demonstrate the operation of generators to customers as needed
• Work in both residential and commercial environments
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service (with dispatch bonuses and premium pay)
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent customer service
• 2 years of experience servicing and repairing generators, small engines, or other electrical/mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manuals
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs frequently
• Valid driver’s license
