What You’ll Do
- Conduct and document on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer generators
- Perform routinely scheduled preventative maintenance on generators
- Demonstrate the operation of generators to customers as needed
- Work in both residential and commercial environments
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service (with dispatch bonuses and premium pay)
- Excellent customer service
- 2 years of experience servicing and repairing generators, small engines, or other electrical/mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manuals
- High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs frequently
- Valid driver’s license
