About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator Intern to support both project management and business operations within our Project Management Office. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of strategic and operational initiatives—from project planning and execution to process improvement, OKR tracking, and knowledge management.
We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator Intern for Summer 2025. This work term will span approximately May 19, 2025 - August 29, 2025, but we are open to extending that in a part-time capacity into the academic school year.
This position is located on-site at our Pewaukee, WI facility.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and tracking of key projects, including timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Assist with the preparation of project status reports and dashboards.
- Support the PMO team with maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and key project documentation.
- Contribute to the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) planning and tracking process, helping ensure alignment across teams.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining best practices and PMO knowledge assets in shared repositories.
- Help improve internal workflows by identifying opportunities for process documentation and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, or Confluence is a plus.
- Interest in project management, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
