What you’ll do

• Provide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs of commercial and industrial generators both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends and holidays as directed
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report them and any other unusual situations to the service manager in a timely manner
• Travel around local area for service work while being on call and rotating first to call responsibility
• Maintain parts and service inventory within company vehicle
• Create and submit reports for service work completed and project updates
• Travel up to 25% based on HM Cragg/TWE projects and time of year

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience installing and/or repairing generators
• Industry experience preferred - Generators, Power Equipment, and Transfer Switches
• Experience with Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
