Capital Control Systems has helped their customers across Northern Nevada by providing excellent heating, cooling, electrical, and backup power solutions. As one of the only full-service contractors, licensed in both electrical, heating & air conditioning, and mechanical, they have become a household name in both California and Nevada.
They are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install:
- Oil systems
- Boilers
- Furnaces
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- AC systems
- Heat pump units
- Mini splits
- Deliver professional, customer‑focused service.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow all safety standards and procedures.
- Work independently while managing daily service schedules.
Requirements
- 2 years experience furnaces, AC units, mini splits, duct work
- 3-5 years of experience installing HVAC units in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, furnaces, RTUs, AC, HP units, and mini splits.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Tools required.
- Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to interact well with the public.
- Physically capable of job duties (lifting, climbing, working in varied environments).
A background check, drug test, and MVR check will be conducted prior to being hired.
