What You'll Do:

• Schedule jobs per re-occurring tickets.
• Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/ tickets
• Schedule approved Estimates
• Dispatch Technicians
• Create Estimates as needed
• Create invoices when needed

What You'll Bring:

• Parts Knowledge
• Scheduling / Dispatching Experience
• Results driven, strategic thinker and problem solver
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Knowledge with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in construction or trades office settings
• Sales and Marketing Support
