What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree
- Successful healthcare or laboratory sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable and effective with proactive outbound calling and prospecting — a true self-starter who doesn't wait for leads
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, both by phone and in person
- Existing relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, or Urology providers in the Northeast
- Strong territory management and organizational skills, with disciplined CRM and follow-up habits
- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout the regional territory
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Total Target Compensation: $140,000–$240,000 (uncapped commission)
