We currently have a great part time role available to join our team working 2 days per week (Monday and Friday)
Job Description
Based on our Andrology Reception, this front desk role will see you supporting our patients as a key contact point. Your duties will include;
- Providing quality patient service on our Andrology Reception, supporting with face to face and phone based support.
- Basic administration and support tasks
- Ad-hoc support to the Day Surgery Receptionist when required as back up.
- Enhancing the patient experience by integrating, liaising and collaborating with other functions of patient support.
Qualifications
We are seeking an allrounder for this role, someone who has demonstrated experience across administration and reception. You must genuinely enjoy providing excellent service and be committed to going above and beyond for our patients and your teammates - that is the Genea way! The role is working Monday and Friday, so we are really looking for someone who can commit to these hours on an ongoing basis.
