What You'll Do:
- Preforming Plumbing Maintenance inspections
- Utilizing our MSI (maintenance safety inspection) program
- Complete maintenance, repairs and diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
- Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes, as well as with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for plumbing issues
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of plumbing experience
- Sales/Customer Service Experience preferred
- Active trainee card
- Basic understanding of plumbing and plumbing systems
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
- Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test (MJ OK)
Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
