We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our automobile inventory while providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. Your ability to negotiate and manage the sales pipeline will be crucial in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences.
- Present vehicle options, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer interests.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and coordinating with the dealership team.
- Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing and financing calculations.
- Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Participate in public speaking engagements or community events to promote dealership offerings.
Experience
Candidates should possess a strong background in sales, particularly in outside sales or B2B environments. Experience in automobile sales or retail sales is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- A multilingual or bilingual background is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
