- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols for infection control and emergency response readiness
Experience
- Previous experience working in medical office setting or outpatient clinics is highly preferred
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions is essential for seamless workflow management
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding, medication administration, and vital signs measurement is required
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining compassionate patient service
