Role Summary
Gender Freedom Society is seeking a (Volunteer) Linkedin Lead responsible for managing the organization's presence on Linkedin. This role includes posting for Gender Freedom Society as well as assisting the (Volunteer) Recruiting Manager with reaching out to prospective volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach on the organization's Linkedin profile.
- Curate the GFS image for networking.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement content and advertising campaigns.
- Scout out prospective volunteers via Linkedin.
- Moderate comments and respond to inquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics, such as views, likes, and subscriptions, and use them to inform and optimize future strategies.
- Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance GFS’s goals.
- 1 years of experience managing a Linkedin profile preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and metrics.
- Experience with Linkedin’s platform and analytics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Help sustain a nonprofit that supports the transgender and gender-diverse community.
