Position OverviewThe Warehouse Worker supports the manufacturing plant by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, distribution, and tracking of materials, components, and finished goods. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient production flow, safe warehouse operations, and on-time delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesThis individual needs to be forklift certified as well. He/she will be pulling orders and doing miscellaneous tasks like· Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and damage; verify documentation such as packing slips and purchase orders.· Store materials and components in designated locations using proper inventory methods and material-handling equipment.· Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper documentation.· Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile discrepancies.· Maintain accurate records.· Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.· Collaborate closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to support plant operations.· Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or safety hazards promptly.· Other miscellaneous tasks as requested. Qualifications· High school diploma or equivalent· Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience· Forklift certified· Basic computer skills· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation· Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical RequirementsExposure to machinery noise, temperature variations, and moving equipment.Must adhere to all plant safety protocols, PPE requirements, and OSHA regulations.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods.
