Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Position Overview: This role provides high-level financial analysis and budget execution support for FAA programs, specifically focusing on the tracking and reporting of major Capital Investment Program (CIP) and Operations (OPS) funding. The successful candidate will leverage FAA financial systems to ensure program fiscal health and compliance with federal procurement requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on budget execution, including obligations and de-obligations tracking. Generate weekly status reports such as FCM Budget Load Details, FCM Cuff Records, CIP Funding Summaries, and Aging Funds Summaries.
· Perform extensive data management within FAA’s PRISM and Delphi Reporting Systems to track contract obligations and expenditures.
· Follow up on purchase requests (PRs) and other procurement activities; track and report on contracts by corresponding with Contracting Officers (COs) and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs).
· Support FAA Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking and reporting requirements. Provide financial support for multiple contract vehicles by comparing schedule requirements to resource needs.
· Provide weekly status briefings to clients and program control teams regarding program schedules and cost requirements.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, program control, or systems engineering
· Extensive experience using FAA financial tools, specifically PRISM, Delphi, and SPIRE
· Deep understanding of the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) and Capital Investment Program (CIP) requirements.
· Significant experience in financial management for large-scale federal programs
