**Responsibilities:**
Assist experienced welders in various welding projects
Learn and apply welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams
Operate welding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong desire to learn and develop welding skills
Basic knowledge of metalworking and fabrication processes is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Welding certification or coursework (preferred but not required)
