Concierge

GenCare Lifestyle @ Federal Way is a Premier GenCare Lifestyle community with Independent/Assisted Living/ Memory Care Residents. We are currently seeking a qualified PART TIME Concierge for our front desk, weekends required. Previous Front Desk experience is necessary.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system,

General clerical responsibilities.

Greeting and directing families and tours.

Assist Department Mangers as needed.

Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members.

Build relationships with residents and their family members.

Ensure resident safety and confidentiality at all times.

Required qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

* Professional demeanor

* Mature, cheerful personality

* Able to multitask and operate a multi-line telephone

* Excellent customer service and communication skills
