Youth Residential Counselor
Full Time | Day, Evening and Overnight Opportunities
Pay: $16.25-$17/hour $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking Youth Residential Counselor who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and are looking for a collaborative, team environment. In this role, you will provide direct support and guidance to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges in a structured, home-like environment.
What You'll Do:
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth
- Build positive relationships and serve as a role model and mentor
- Supervise daily routines, activities, and recreational programming
- Teach social, behavioral, and independent living skills
- Support youth through emotional and behavioral challenges
- Use trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques
- Assist with meals, hygiene, transportation, and daily living activities
- Document behaviors, incidents, and progress accurately
- Participate in treatment planning and team meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming living environment
Youth Residential Counselor Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and adolescents
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
