Job Description
As the Practice Relations Director for our periodontal vertical, you will play a crucial role in growing our dental practice's patient base. Your primary responsibilities include:
Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all administrative requirements for patient referrals.
Collaborating with participating providers and patients' health plans to facilitate appropriate referrals.
Conducting marketing calls and developing marketing strategies.
Analyzing data and reporting on performance.
Managing third-party leads and scheduling events.
Tracking touchpoints with internal and external referring doctors.
Delivering gifts to maintain positive relationships.
Tracking the success of the referral program using metrics and analytics.
Assisting with various marketing needs, such as creating social media content, email campaigns, flyer content, and presentation decks.
Your role is critical in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external referring doctors and developing a strategic plan to drive patient referrals and conversion rates in the practices you support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the tracking sheet and referral software to appropriately document all touchpoints with referring doctors.
Work with other PRDs and Gen4 Marketing Department by actively participating in monthly calls and Team chats.
Create and manage an annual marketing plan that is reviewed and approved on a regular basis.
Coordinate and oversee the planning of events like Lunch n' Learns, Specialty Dinners, and Study Clubs. managing all logistical aspects from start to finish. Ensure availability to engage with and assist attendees throughout the event.
Assist with marketing needs, such as creating social media content, email campaigns, flyer content, and presentation decks.
Hand delivers patient documents for first-time referrals to ensure a smooth transition.
Compile and regularly update a list of offices, categorizing them by geographic areas, and address any issues or concerns in weekly 1:1 meeting with Operations Director and Marketing Manager
Maintain a "Top 20" list based on revenue, ensuring monthly visits to each of these offices, which may include activities like lunches, manager meetings, and feedback sessions.
Organize and participate in informal events, such as Movie Night and Office BBQ, to engage with office team members, planning around 2 events per year.
Commit to visiting offices for three days each week, aiming for 10-15 office visits, and dedicate 1-2 days per week to administrative tasks
Coordinate with the Study Club, ensuring the smooth arrangement of events, including venue selection, speaker invitation, invitation printing, continuing education credits, and evaluation forms, for both doctors and hygienists. Proactively recruit new members for the Study Club.
Facilitate introductions of associate doctors to relevant offices when suitable.
Be available to the offices as an escalation point as needed.
Regularly generate and analyze sales and performance reports. Reporting on the following KPIs weekly to Operations Directors, Doctors and the Office Managers.

Compensation: $21-25/hr
Qualifications
1 year of dental experience preferred
- 1 year of marketing experience preferred
- Proactively drive to dental offices to personally meet with staff, fostering strong relationships through face-to-face interactions, and delivering gifts as a token of appreciation.
- A willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Position requires a minimum of 50% weekly travel frequently within a 75-mile radius to supporting and referral practices.
