What You’ll Do
Strategy Execution
- Translate client goals into measurable affiliate channel strategies and structured action plans
- Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and benchmarks to identify growth opportunities
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to clients, securing alignment and approval
- Lead publisher-specific discussions during client calls while contributing to broader account strategy conversations
- Oversee daily management of multiple affiliate programs with a focus on performance improvement
- Implement promotional updates, creative rotations, and content calendar initiatives
- Drive publisher recruitment, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement efforts
- Execute testing initiatives to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention performance
- Cultivate strong partnerships with publishers to negotiate placements and unlock incremental value
- Source and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with client acquisition goals
- Maintain ongoing communication to strengthen engagement and maximize contribution
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, processes, and best practices
- Manage compliance monitoring, offer accuracy, and quality assurance protocols
- Develop and distribute newsletters, text links, and promotional materials
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, providing clear insights and actionable next steps
