Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines to fabricate hitches, shanks, parts, couplers, etc.
- - Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- - Set up and adjust tooling for machining operations
- - Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- - Operate other machining equipment
Skills
- - Proficient in CNC milling machine techniques and equipment operation
- Alpha Cam Experience
- - Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes
- - Knowledge of tooling setup and adjustment procedures
- - Familiarity with machining processes and equipment
- - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- - Experience with CNC programming milling machines
