Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Project Manager to lead diverse initiatives across our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying client goals and project requirements.
- Establishing project timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Developing detailed plans for each project phase.
- Coordinating and negotiating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitoring progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Preparing and delivering regular progress updates to clients and senior leadership.
- Supporting team members and ensuring quality standards are met throughout project execution.
Qualifications
Required:
- BS degree in Civil Engineering.
- North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain.
- 5 years of civil engineering design experience with increasing responsibility.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
- Experience in stormwater management.
- Strong design skills in site development, planning, and conceptual problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Prior project management experience or demonstrated readiness to step into a PM role.
- Experience managing project budgets and short-term work plans.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
