Gen Re currently offers an excellent opportunity for Human Resource Data Analyst to work in the Human Resources Department based in our Stamford, CT office. This is a hybrid role.
Role Description
The Human Resource Data Analyst is responsible for performing tasks that support the Compensation and Benefits teams for U.S. and Canadian associates. The Human Resource Data Analyst is expected to comfortably interact with internal and external clients and respond effectively to their questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data extraction, reporting, and analysis in support of Human Resources operations including:
- Track and analyze employee metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Prepare data for participation in annual compensation surveys
- Prepare and analyze benefit participation data in support of Annual Open Enrollment.
- Produce various management reports and metrics in support of the annual compensation process
- Assist with the administration of US and Canada benefit plans
- Processing of vendor invoices
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports
- Back-up to other Payroll and HR processes
- Special projects
Role Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of
experience in HR Compensation/Benefits and Payroll
- Working
knowledge of Power BI preferred
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Good customer service/client relations skills
- Solid organizational and self-management skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to completion
- Work effectively in a team-based environment
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- High level of
integrity with the ability to keep confidential information secure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and time constraints.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of U.S. Benefits operations and processes
- Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce Payroll or Benefits a plus
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus
- Microsoft Access knowledge a plus
Salary Range
78,000.00 - 130,000.00 USDThe annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the US and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
