Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required(or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, either on the brokerage or carrier side.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agency management systems, Applied Epic.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Support Account Managers in servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Assist with the renewal process, including gathering necessary client information and preparing renewal submissions.
Handle day-to-day client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy changes.
Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs and contractual requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records within the agency management system.
Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.
Proactively identify potential coverage gaps or areas for client education.
