We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Engineer – Digital Twins & Autonomous Systems to design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting autonomous driving, robotics simulation, and large-scale digital twin environments.
This role will work closely with autonomy engineers, robotics developers, AI researchers, and simulation teams to build cloud-native platforms that connect real-world vehicles, simulation environments, AI models, and data pipelines. You will help create the backbone infrastructure powering next-generation autonomous systems and validation frameworks.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure for autonomous systems and digital twin platforms.
- Build scalable architectures supporting simulation, verification, validation, and autonomous driving workloads.
- Deploy and manage simulation environments including CARLA, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and MuJoCo.
- Develop infrastructure supporting ROS2-based robotics and autonomous vehicle applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for simulation, autonomy software, and cloud services.
- Design and optimize data pipelines connecting vehicles, sensors, digital twins, and AI systems.
- Support real-time and batch processing workloads for simulation and analytics.
- Monitor cloud environments, system health, observability, and security across development and production systems.
- Collaborate with autonomy engineers to deploy and validate digital twin scenarios for testing and verification.
- Troubleshoot cloud, networking, simulation, and deployment issues across distributed systems.
- Contribute to cloud automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevOps best practices.
- Support large-scale simulation campaigns and AI model training workflows.
- Help establish scalable infrastructure for autonomous vehicles, robotics platforms, and embodied AI systems.
- Strong software development experience using Python, C , Go, or similar languages.
- Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong Linux administration, automation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with ROS2 and robotic software deployment.
- Experience using CARLA, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, or MuJoCo simulation environments.
- Experience supporting autonomous vehicle, robotics, or digital twin platforms.
- Familiarity with sensor systems including LiDAR, radar, cameras, GPS, and IMUs.
- Experience with GPU infrastructure and AI/ML workloads.
- Knowledge of simulation-to-real (Sim2Real) workflows.
- Experience working with autonomous driving stacks, robotics middleware, or cyber-physical systems.
- Startup experience and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
