As one of the first companies delivering autonomous robotic solutions in New Jersey and the greater New York region, we operate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud computing, digital twins, and autonomous mobility.

Our mission is to create trustworthy embodied autonomy through AI-powered safety verification, simulation, and intelligent decision-making systems. Our technology stack spans autonomous vehicles, robotics, digital twins, simulation environments, and cloud-native AI platforms that enable safer deployment of autonomous systems in the real world.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Engineer – Digital Twins & Autonomous Systems to design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting autonomous driving, robotics simulation, and large-scale digital twin environments.

This role will work closely with autonomy engineers, robotics developers, AI researchers, and simulation teams to build cloud-native platforms that connect real-world vehicles, simulation environments, AI models, and data pipelines. You will help create the backbone infrastructure powering next-generation autonomous systems and validation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure for autonomous systems and digital twin platforms.
  • Build scalable architectures supporting simulation, verification, validation, and autonomous driving workloads.
  • Deploy and manage simulation environments including CARLANVIDIA Isaac Sim, and MuJoCo.
  • Develop infrastructure supporting ROS2-based robotics and autonomous vehicle applications.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for simulation, autonomy software, and cloud services.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines connecting vehicles, sensors, digital twins, and AI systems.
  • Support real-time and batch processing workloads for simulation and analytics.
  • Monitor cloud environments, system health, observability, and security across development and production systems.
  • Collaborate with autonomy engineers to deploy and validate digital twin scenarios for testing and verification.
  • Troubleshoot cloud, networking, simulation, and deployment issues across distributed systems.
  • Contribute to cloud automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevOps best practices.
  • Support large-scale simulation campaigns and AI model training workflows.
  • Help establish scalable infrastructure for autonomous vehicles, robotics platforms, and embodied AI systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong software development experience using Python, C , Go, or similar languages.
  • Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
  • Strong Linux administration, automation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, networking, and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ROS2 and robotic software deployment.
  • Experience using CARLANVIDIA Isaac Sim, or MuJoCo simulation environments.
  • Experience supporting autonomous vehicle, robotics, or digital twin platforms.
  • Familiarity with sensor systems including LiDAR, radar, cameras, GPS, and IMUs.
  • Experience with GPU infrastructure and AI/ML workloads.
  • Knowledge of simulation-to-real (Sim2Real) workflows.
  • Experience working with autonomous driving stacks, robotics middleware, or cyber-physical systems.
  • Startup experience and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
