Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Greet walk-in clients, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to online inquiries with a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Scheduling & Booking: Manage daily appointment calendars for detailing bays, mobile vans, and tinting services using our automated booking software.
- Client Intake & Drop-off: Check in vehicles, record customer preferences, hand off keys to detailers, and complete checkout invoices upon vehicle pick-up.
- Payment Processing: Handle credit card and cash transactions accurately at checkout.
- Shop Coordination: Maintain a clean, organized front lobby area and coordinate closely with shop technicians to ensure job timelines are met.
- Administrative Support: Assist with inventory tracking, customer follow-up texts/emails, and basic front-office management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 years of experience in customer service, retail, front desk, or hospitality (automotive shop experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident over the phone and in person.
- Proficient with computers, iPads, and digital scheduling software (knowledge of GoHighLevel, CRM tools, or shop management software is a big bonus).
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task during busy morning drop-off hours.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Optional Saturday morning hours)
- Day shift
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
