Operations Associate (Entry-Level)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team in a full-time, entry-level position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is eager to build a career in the investment management industry.
Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Associate, you will:
- Welcome clients and visitors while managing front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and maintaining office supplies.
- Perform daily operational tasks, including updating portfolio management systems and preparing reports for portfolio managers.
- Assist with opening client accounts and resolving account-related matters with custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity.
- Communicate regularly with clients, custodians, and other financial professionals via phone and email.
- Support a variety of operational and administrative projects as part of a collaborative team.
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:
- 1 years of customer service or financial services experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (business-related degree is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas and spreadsheet management.

Compensation
Salary: $65k–$75k annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
