Gemma Services is currently seeking an Executive on Duty for our Children's Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program.
Job Summary:
The Executive on Duty is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Children’s Residential Treatment program and staff on shift and ensuring that the program and facility are operating in compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulations. Participating in the implementation of strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department as established in the organization’s annual operating plan. Ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports.
Education/Training and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required; master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years related experience required, including management experience.
Shift:
Week 1
Monday 7a-11p, Wednesday, 7a-3p, Friday 7a-3p
Week 2
Monday 7a-3p, Wednesday 7a-3p, Friday 7a-11p
