THE ROLE

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to numerous marketing tactics that drive awareness, engagement and demand for the company’s products and services. This will include the opportunity to work with teams across the company, including Sales, Product Management, Design, Finance, as well as creative and media agency partners. The Marketing Coordinator must be detail-oriented, take ownership of tasks and be able to handle multiple projects with a positive attitude, while adhering to tight deadlines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage product launch image process from end to end including sourcing images, managing samples, organizing and uploading images to the DAM (data asset management tool) and coordinating with the web team to ensure all images appear online.
  • Manage our DAM including ensuring all content is tagged properly, onboarding new assets and teams and acting as the overall administrator.
  • Manage quarterly public relations reporting, gathering clips of articles and creating a presentation for leadership.
  • Works collaboratively with the team to support the creation, development and distribution of style guides, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, product placement recommendations and other marketing and sales collateral.
  • Work on special projects/support marketing team, as needed.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by management. 


REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS required: in Marketing, Business, Management, or Communications preferred
  • High-energy, self-starter with strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams 
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with using AI tools
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly and easily
