Description:
Our Program Supervisor with a LCAC will be supervising a clinical department made up of Addictions Tech's, Therapists, LPN's and Case Managers. They will be doing the program planning, program evaluation and clinical/administrative supervison of staff. This position may also provide direct clinical services and other duties as assigned.
- Review copies of correspondence/telephone log reveals that employee has at least annual contact with all major referral sources.
- Review 4 intake assessments per age group per year
- Review ANSA/CANS per age group per year to ensure appropriate documentation
- Review one chart per age group or disability group per quarter of treatment plans
- Demonstrate ability to conduct group therapy with substance abusers
- Demonstrate ability to conduct family therapy
Requirements:
- MA/MS
- 2 years experience
- LSW, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC
- Prefer LCAC
- All employees must be fully vaccinated prior to first day of employment.

Pay Range: $26.27 - $34.81 / hr
