Welcome to Gemini Motor Transport!: The Gemini Invoicing Admin Assistant maintains accurate records of Gemini equipment repairs and costs.
Job Functions:
- Issue PO numbers to vendors for truck and trailer repairs.
- Use the computer program, ShopConnect View, to process repair invoices.
- Accurately code repair orders to be used for reporting purposes.
- Able to research invoices.
- Knowledge of Truck and Trailer parts and repairs.
- Able to maintain truck and trailer inventory.
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
- Education:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Skills:
- Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, keen attention to detail, exceptional time management and task-prioritization skills, self-motivation, and a team mentality.
- Typical Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
