Job Overview


The VP of Operations leads the company's day-to-day operations management, ensuring that the organization's strategic goals are achieved in terms of efficiency, quality, cost, and performance. This role involves coordinating production, process optimization, supply chain, customer service, compliance, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive overall operational and profitability improvements.


Ideal candidates should possess outstanding leadership, systemic thinking, and results-oriented execution.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy and Planning


Develop and execute the company's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.


Participate in the development of annual operating plans and budgets, monitor implementation, and optimize resource allocation.


Drive the implementation of digital transformation, process standardization, and automation projects.


Operations Management


Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, supply chain, administrative support, and customer delivery.


Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational analytics systems to ensure efficiency and quality goals are achieved.


Review operational reports, identify problems, and develop improvement measures.


Team Leadership and Organizational Development


Build a high-performing operations management team, responsible for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.


Drive cross-departmental collaboration and facilitate coordination among sales, finance, technology, and product departments.


Establish a results-oriented work culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.


Process and Quality Control


Oversee the implementation of company process optimization and quality management systems.


Ensure operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.


Optimize the supply chain structure to improve cost control and service responsiveness.


Risk Management and Compliance


Identify and manage operational risks and establish contingency mechanisms.


Ensure compliant operations that meet relevant laws, industry standards, and safety requirements.


Customer and Partner Relationships


Maintain effective communication with key customers, suppliers, and partners.


Support customer experience improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.


Job Requirements


Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.


Work Experience: 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in an operations leadership role.


Skills Required:


Deep understanding of operational processes, financial metrics, and business performance management.


Excellent strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-departmental coordination skills.


Possesses digital operations thinking and data analysis capabilities.


Excellent communication and decision-making execution abilities.


Language: Fluency in Chinese and English is preferred.


Bonus Qualifications


Previous experience in a senior operations position at a multinational corporation or high-growth company (e.g., fintech, manufacturing, logistics, or digital asset industries).


Experience in enterprise digital transformation, process reengineering, or international business development.
