Position: Appian Developer

Immediate Interview

Required Skills:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in Appian, strong communication and stakeholder management skill
• 6-8 years’ experience in IT Application Architecture
• Constructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, and news feeds
• Designs conceptual workflows and process flows
• Defines application user roles and responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience in full software life cycle development methodologies, with a focus on Agile
• Strong hands-on experience with Appian Tool, with a focus on Appian Application and Appian Interface design
• Hands-on experience in design patterns and transaction management, with a focus on Appian patterns and Appian integrations

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms
• Involved in gathering the requirements, designing, and mapping the same to the business processes.

Understands fundamental web development concepts: navigation and pages
