Job Functions:
- Assist with title and registering new vehicles
- Help with renewing tags/registration semiannually
- File paperwork
- Communicate with vendors to assign trucks to stores
- Add new vendors in Accounts Payable
- Help with toll violations
- Other duties assigned as needed
- Submitting payments to dealerships
- Fill out Bill of Sale and notarize for sold vehicles
- Transport Pool/fleet Vehicles to various locations
- Coordinating Pickup and Delivery for Tireshop/Fleet vehicles
Education and Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous fleet management experience preferred
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Microsoft Excel platforms.
- Soft Skills: Customer service skills; detail oriented; ability to clearly communicate through written and oral communication. the ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
