Reports To: Tool Room Supervisor
Status: Full Time/Hourly (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals)
Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Industrial Truck License
Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
Computer skills

Tool & Die Journeymen’s certificate (or 5 years of experience)
Job Summary
To build, repair, and fabricate dies.
Essential Job Functions
Build and repair tooling and fabrication dies.
Troubleshoot all existing tooling and fabrication dies.
Complete all necessary paperwork and fill out completion of work orders.
Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
Work on Continuous Improvement activities as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures.
Follow 5S procedures.
Set up and operate manual lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, radial arm drill press, arc & TIG welding, wire EDM, and heat treating furnace.
Able to produce precision metal parts, tools, fixtures, jigs, punches, dies and cutting tools
Authority to exercise and meet all the roles and responsibilities related to the Environment & Quality.
