Gemini, one of North America’s largest designer, manufacturer and supplier of custom systems for the food industry is seeking an onsite Sales Operations Coordinator in Willow Grove, PA.
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by maintaining the data, processes, reporting, and resources that help the inside and outside sales teams operate efficiently. This role will serve as a key resource for CRM administration, sales reporting and analysis, marketing and coordination across the sales organization.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, systems oriented, and comfortable working with data and turning sales information into useful insights for the sales team to support business decisions.
***Must have previous experience supporting a sales team and working with a CRM.

Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary administrator for the company’s CRM system, maintaining accurate customer, contact, account, opportunity, territory, and sales activity data while performing ongoing data cleanup and quality control.
- Support pipeline management and sales forecasting by ensuring opportunities are accurately maintained in CRM.
- Manage lead routing, tracking, and follow-up processes, helping ensure leads from the website, trade shows, marketing campaigns, reps/dealers, and other sources are assigned appropriately and progress through the sales process.
- Serve as primary point of contact for incoming sales and operator calls, directing and prioritizing inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain sales files, forms, templates, and departmental documentation.
- Coordinate customer demonstrations ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared.
- Create and maintain outside sales reference lists and sales resources.
- Organize and maintain sales literature, presentations, pricing documents, and marketing collateral.
- Assist with social media activities, including preparing and scheduling company posts and coordinating content with the sales and human resources teams.
- Assist with company social media, newsletters, and customer email communications.
Sales Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales administration support
- 3 years of CRM experience
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Must be detail oriented
Sales Operations Coordinator Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with marketing programs (Canva)
