This role is central to the client experience and ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, follow-through, and being a trusted point of contact.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service and operational needs
- Coordinate onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, wires, and ongoing service requests
- Partner closely with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track workflows, deadlines, and follow-through using CRM and internal systems
- Support a polished, responsive, and consistent client experience
