A $3B ultra high net worth wealth management team in Dallas is seeking a sharp, systems-oriented analyst to help support portfolio operations, trading, rebalancing, cash management, and internal workflows as the team continues to scale.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys investment execution, Excel-driven problem solving, and working closely with senior advisors in a high-performing, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support trading, rebalancing, portfolio workflows, and cash management
- Build and refine Excel models, templates, dashboards, and recurring processes
- Partner with advisors on analytical projects and complex client situations
What’s Offered
- $150,000–$160,000 base salary (plus discretionary bonus potential of $15,000–$30,000)

What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of relevant RIA, wealth management, investment operations, portfolio operations, trading, or rebalancing experience
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Tamarac/Schwab experience preferred
- Series 65 or 66 preferred, or willingness to obtain
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
