Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes
- Scale, mix, shape, proof, and bake doughs
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Monitor ovens and baking times
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with ingredient prep and inventory as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Ability to lift 50lbsand stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
