- This is a full-time, non-exempt, entry level position.
- Once training is complete, this position will be part of a hybrid remote work schedule. This position is located in Hudson, OH.
- Schedule is 8:00 am - 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday.

- Ongoing training and development.
- Verify customer insurance and process application.
- Data entry of updated customer account information for claim processing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with medical offices, insurance companies, federal and state agencies.
- Analyze healthcare provider guidelines to resolve benefit plan and coverage discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot insurance coverage issues for new and existing customers.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently to achieve desired results.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability required.
- Excellent telephone skills required.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a consumer service organization or healthcare environment.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
