Company Overview
General Machine Company of NJ (GEMCO) is a 4th-generation, family-owned in manufacturing industrial blending and drying equipment. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication between clients, engineering, operations, and accounting.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate sales activities, proposals, and client communications.
- Track and follow up on leads, quotes, bids, and sales pipeline activity.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation for management and clients.
- Manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and accounting teams for seamless order processing.
- Assist with trade show logistics and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales coordination, operations, or customer service experience.. Experience in a manufacturing field a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
