Manufacturing Manager

Purpose of Job:

The Manufacturing Manager is a critical role within our manufacturing plant operations, with a high level of accountability, visibility, and opportunity to directly influence plant results.

Job Responsibility:

• · Management of the tablet manufacturing process operations.
• · Leading/building of team capabilities.
• · Creation and sustainment of high-performance processes and culture across the respective group of lines.
• · Collaboration across all departments and across all functions to ensure safe, effective plant operations.
• · Achieving all Key Performance Indicators of the Plant Scorecard.
• · Provide personal, hands-on coaching of department supervisors and operating floor associates in the principles of high performing work systems and hold all levels accountability for implementing and sustainability.
• · Identify issues affecting efficiencies and assist in developing solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• · Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering
• · 10 years in manufacturing and leadership.
• · Strong communication and organizational skills.
• · Management and lean manufacturing experience.
• · Knowledge of FDA regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Procedures.
• · Strong organizational and time management skills
• · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• · Demonstrated ability to coach and develop skills of others.
• · Ability to create and manage a plant budget.
• · Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
