Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain effective communication with management
- Support and organize community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives
- Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers, community members, and clients
- Build strong relationships with customers and communicate promotional services effectively
- Develop and implement community-based marketing and communication strategies
- Establish positive relationships with consumers, community organizations, and public-interest groups
- Support and coach client representatives on effective communication and customer engagement
