Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and event details
- Assist guests with registration, check-in, and general inquiries
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and care
- Maintain a positive brand image while interacting with the public
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed
- Distribute promotional materials and explain offerings to attendees
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to management
- Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
