Position Summary
The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day operations of our Nampa branch, ensuring exceptional service for clients and candidates. This role combines leadership, sales, recruitment, and operational management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily branch operations, including staffing coordination, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Drive B2B sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through proactive account management and relationship building.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and placement.
- Handle HR-related functions such as employee relations, performance management, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including sales targets, placement goals, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other branches and corporate leadership on best practices and company initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in the staffing/recruiting industry strongly preferred (branch management experience a plus).
- Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
- Expertise in HR practices, candidate interviewing, and selection processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software.
- Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
