Production Filler Operator

As a Filler Operator, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality dairy products by operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated filling equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Duties

• Operate automated dairy filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production lines to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Inspect containers, labels, and finished products for quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and required paperwork.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical concerns.
• Work closely with supervisors and production team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
• Food production or dairy manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
