Location: Mulberry, FL 33860
Schedule: 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $12–$18 per hour and commission possible

About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and responsible Car Dealer / Lot Manager to help manage the day-to-day operations of our car lot in Mulberry, Florida.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, interacting with customers, keeping the lot organized, and helping with the overall sales and operation of the business.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the car lot
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer customer questions and provide information about available vehicles
- Help coordinate vehicle sales and rentals
- Keep the vehicle lot clean, organized, and presentable
- Check vehicles and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Help with vehicle inventory and keeping records up to date
- Assist with moving vehicles around the lot when needed
- Help with paperwork and basic administrative tasks
- Follow company procedures and maintain a professional environment
- Assist with other lot and dealership responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds
- Must be dependable and responsible
- Must be able to work 5 days per week, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Must be able to work in Mulberry, FL 33860
- Must be comfortable working with customers
- Must be able to communicate professionally
- Must not have a felony conviction
- Must be willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows
Compensation
$12–$18 per hour commission
Compensation may depend on experience, responsibilities, and performance.
