THE ROLE:
This isn't a clipboard job. You're running the project AND doing the work. Quality control, crew coordination — plus hands-on physical work every day. Option to sell smaller projects yourself with commission/profit sharing.
THE WORK:
Residential remodeling — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, custom carpentry. All in-house, no subs.
WHAT WE NEED:
- Proven remodeling/construction experience — you've run jobs before
- Multi-trade ability
- Can manage materials, schedules, and crew
- Reliable transportation and valid DL
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
- Show up on time, lead by example, no drama
$30 - $50/hr
4-day work week (Mon-Thu)
