We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and service-oriented professional to join our growing property management team as a Portfolio Property Manager. This role is responsible for the overall operations, financial oversight, and day-to-day management of a portfolio of community associations located throughout North Jersey.
The ideal candidate has a positive personality, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple communities and priorities while maintaining excellent relationships with Boards, residents, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of Condominium, Townhouse, and Cooperative Associations in accordance with Management Agreements, governing documents, and company policies
- Serve as the primary liaison between each Association’s Board of Directors and homeowners, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness
- Attend evening Board Meetings (most virtual) and prepare comprehensive meeting packages, agendas, and follow-up items
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure quality standards, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital projects, working closely with superintendents, vendors, and service providers
- Create RFPs, solicit bids, and procure contracts for routine and capital replacement or repairs
- Review monthly financial reports, approve invoices, and assist with annual budget preparation and financial planning
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to Boards regarding capital expenditures and long-term maintenance planning
- Maintain organized homeowner records, vendor contracts, and Association files
- Work with insurance brokers to ensure adequate insurance coverage for each Association
- Lead, collaborate with, and support on-site staff and Association superintendents as required
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing resident concerns professionally and promptly
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environment
Applicants should have:

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
