Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Raynham, MA. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to GEM’s quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, supervising and inspecting work progress, expediting materials and services, overseeing logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Project Management skills including planning, executing, and closing projects
- Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Inspection skills to monitor quality and compliance
- Logistics Management skills to oversee the movement and coordination of resources
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Experience in the plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
